Hi @mhretabarefayne

Have you tried a different known working charger or charger cable to check if the phone starts to charge?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port enclosure for any dust or lint that may be preventing a good electrical connection.

If there is any debris in the port enclosure, ''do not'' use a pin or probe to try and get it out as you may damage the pins or cause electrical problems in the phone. Try using a vacuum cleaner to suck it out.

If still no good the phone will have to be opened and inspected and tested as to what the problem may be. Here's a teardown [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qfP34hFsSM|video] that may help with the disassembly
