@mzilla explain again in detail how you disconnected the ribbon cables from the LCD driver boards. If you now get none of those sides to work the issue cold be your T-Con board but again, It could still be the panel. Post a couple of good images of the T-con board with your Question. +@mzilla what I am looking for in particular are the test points. Each OEM uses their own descriptor so it is difficult for me to tell you what they exactly are. If I can see the names for those, I can tell you what voltage we expect on them (not all but the important ones). Now, first check the fuse (Yellow arrow I think I see it saying F1 :-). Test those with your TV on. Voltmeter at 20 VDC and black to ground Red probe to fuse. One end first then the other. What voltage do you get?
