You mean the white LED, just between the microphone (holes) and the touchpad, right?
If yes, this white LED is located on the motherboard it self and is not connected by any ribbon cable.

Please check the LED on the motherboard. Perhaps it fell off while soldering, or is damaged while soldering. If this is the case, then you need to solder the LED back in.
