Maybe I missed it. What are your computer's specs and especially amount and type of RAM? How many modules? What Operating System? is everything up to date and Windows Defender enabled?

Rule of thumb is to upgrade if 75% are used. Unless you just have high usage due to malware. That obviously would be a separate problem.
