I Sam !⏎

⏎

I have the same problem, but for me it came differently.⏎

I still don't know how I could remedy it, but maybe my experience could help find a way to do it?⏎

⏎

At first, I dropped my Sony on the floor 2 or 3 times, it was on the 4th time that the problem started to arise. I mean, for me, at first my headphones would sometimes just turn off without doing anything. I'd have to plug it in to charge it a bit to “reset” it so I could turn it back on.⏎

After a few weeks, the headset systematically shut down when I tried to turn it on with my phone's NFC...⏎

And then I could only turn the headset back on after opening, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery...

I changed the battery for a new one, it doesn't matter...

After looking at the multiple solderings of the small cables I noticed that 2 solderings were bad and I also noticed that when I moved some cables the earphone worked, so I redid the solderings and put a new scotch tape back to hold the wires and from then on my earphone worked perfectly again for a few months.⏎

⏎

But after a little fall on the table, the earphone doesn't work anymore, I didn't take the time to try and touch up all the soldering...

Anyway, I hope that after reading all this, maybe someone could enlighten us?

Florian
