Most power (meaning indicator light) with no picture ends up being bad capacitor(s) on the PCB. Look for bulging or leaking caps. One is enough to not power on the screen. This can happen from anything next to static electricity or lack of surge protection on the associated circuit. Look at the capacitance rating and voltage rating and you can order a replacement at digikey.com. discharge the pcb by touching your two flat prongs on the plug with a jumper. solder from the bottom and pull one side at a time from the top on axial capacitors both on radials. If you do it right you won't even additional solder the replacement will drop right in. It doesn't hurt to add tho. Plain solder no rosin or Flux. Put it back together but DO NOT POWER ON. leave plugged in for ten or so minutes then power on to input with with NO INPUT for about a minute then u should be good to go.
