FYI To find Lenovo parts for a particular laptop etc, on the link you provided, insert the model name and number in the ''search by product name, serial number, machine type'' Search box in the middle of the page and then select the appropriate machine type that pops up. Next click on the ''Machine Type'' icon and then click on ''Select Commodity,'' to find a list of all the parts and their part numbers.
The microphones were a bit harder to find as they're not listed separately (as they're on a camera board ;-), but when looking at a description of the camera boards it shows CS20 Y4 HD 2MIC (followed by the manufacturer's code i.e. AZW or CCY (manufacturer is Chicony) or BSN. I'm presuming that the code in part shows that it is a HD camera and that there are 2 microphones on the board.
