I would agree with X acto knife if going to use the screw method.
I would not use the X acto knife way if ''hoping'' to heat up the area and pull up leaving ''some'' plastic sticking up... so the re-install you will have 'some plastic' to work with melting down onto the new replacement keyboard as to make a rivit. (each stud/hold down on the keyboard).
Tools to do this is a question. Do you have a heat station that is hot air? that seems to be a perfect suggestive tool to use. Going to have to move fast on each hole in removal as they seem close together.
OR
.. learn how to lift off each key you need, and replace each key separately :D
PS, Fixing downhill skies, we used " p tex " on a iron to drip hot drops of this plastic reson on to the holes and scrapes of the bottoms of skies. Then ran the skies over a belt sander to smooth out the surface. It was a perfect way of fixing skies.
