all controllers not charging anymore, tried everything atm

hi, a few months ago i noticed my controller stopped charging and only was able to use when connected to a lead - but still didn’t charge. eventually it just stopped turning on completely so i decided to swap to my brothers to my ps5 for the time being, after a few days it was fine until it also stopped charging. i gave my controller to a family friend to fix, he replaced almost everything but in the end just got a new controller. i finally got a new controller after my ps5 being completely unusable for a few months, it’s been absolutely fine until a few days ago it also stopped charging completely. with the two previous controllers, we believed it was because i charged them with a normal plug socket than on the actual playstation, when i got the new controller i only ever charged it on the playstation with a lead that came with my brothers playstation / headphones. now that charger is also unusable, we now believe it’s a problem with my console but completely clueless to what could be wrong. it seems to be doing this to every single controller i connect to it now, i don’t believe i have any warranty etc as i’ve has this console for a few years now. i’ve tried everything, i cant try to rebuild my database in safe mode as it also doesn’t connect to it, tried to reach out to ps support but they just asked me if i’ve tried things, then said they’d reach out to me with an internal team but haven’t. anyone else experienced this?
