@dominikbor88826 you can't. Those parts are all "married" to each other. The only way you get your files back is by fixing it to the point that your phone comes on long enough top back the files up.

You are not telling us how old the water damage is and what you have already done to fix it. There are repairers out there that have specialized in retrieving data from water damaged devices. Their skills cost and none of them to it cheaply.
