I was given a RCA MODEL RCT6203W46  when I try to turn it on or I plug it in. It goes to the screen with the pups on it and then off and it will do that u til I hit the reset button on the back.. I have tried the volume up and power button and it goes to pup screen and then back off.. What can I do to get it to turn all the way on.
