I did end up finding the app by Google searching it, and had to download an APK for aptoide just to get it. Unfortunately still didn't have access to the physical cards to print out, but was able to get about 26 cards to send to boxer from the app, as well as learned how to play some games just with your hands with boxer. Bummed that I didn't find cards to print out, but I guess better than nothing... Hope this helps someone!
