Why is my Phillips Clock Radio randomly scanning and turning on/off

I have a phillips clock radio 4000 series (tar4406yw) and after a few minutes from turning on it does this:

* auto scanning for radio stations moving by itself
* turning on alarm one and alarm two on the display
* clock changing
* writing something like BU2
