Generally we have the best luck figuring out panic logs given a bit more context; would it be possible for you to copy'n'paste or screenshot the whole first page of the panic log? The information you've posted doesn't look familiar to me so perhaps a little more data could help us get an idea of what's going on.

It is entirely possible for a software error to cause a kernel panic, so if that's what happened then the restore you did could well have fixed it permanently, although it's a bit unsettling not knowing what caused it in the first place. We do have a whole wiki page courtesy of the amazing @flannelist devoted to kernel panics, plus one on some specific kinds of errors on newer iPhones like yours.
