you could try to take a toothpick or a safety pin and insert it in the hole in the back of the middle of the controller this will reset it

you could try to take a toothpick or a safety pin and insert it in the hole in the back of the middle of the controller this will reset it. if this doesn't work then you would need to take it apart and reset the connection to the battery. I would check all the ribbon cables too
