My macbook while trying to reset and reinstall MacOS suddenly showing blue screen Recovery and stating:

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.
Press Enter to try again
Press F8 for Startup Settings"
Enter and F8 does not work.
Trying to place it on safe mode does not work.
Can not go to any other mode other than this blie screen.
Please help 🙏
