my screen/power goes completely off when riding and hitting a bump. I need to push back a little bit the battery to the front to be able to power on again.[br]

it started some time ago but latelly is so often that I need to do it every time I face any crack or object on the road. Usually a little push on the back side of the battery (red light) is enough to power on again, but after just a minute if the road is bumpy it goes off again.[br]

I suspect is related to connections between controller and battery, and I will tear it down if I need, but I wanted to know if someone is having the same problem.
this is NOT the same as losing assistance, that's another unrelated problem. my screen goes off completely, not just the assistance.[br]
