Even with Apple Original parts, it won't work. I just replaced my iPhone 12 screen with another iPhone 12's screen, not working anymore. In fact, I exchanged the motherboard (and screen's board) from a damaged iPhone to a new iPhone 12 (same model A2402). Everything is running smoothly except that I have loads of warnings in Settings, explaining that I haven't used Apple original hardware... Yeah right...⏎[br]

So the catch is that Apple has some hidden settings to certify that the exchange was "official". It works, but no Face ID. The rest works perfectly, even with the warnings.⏎[br]

You fix the screen, say adios to Face ID. And with the price of Apple repairs, better buy a new iPhone...
