I'm going to have to disagree with Hampter on the diagnosis of your phone. When you see the phrase "Missing sensor(s)", that means the phone has lost the ability to communicate with a particular sensor on the phone, resulting in the kernel panic. You panic log shows the following sensors missing:

[quote|format=featured]Missing sensor(s): TG0B TG1B
Here's what the wiki page has to say about that.

[quote|format=featured]***Missing Sensor***[br]
TG0B

***Location***[br]
Battery sensors, most likely for temperature and voltage

***Likely Issue***[br]
Battery or its connector on the Logic Board, Charge Port Assembly on 11 Pro and Pro Max, charging circuitry on the board level.
Based on our experience with this particular error, the chances are very good that replacing the battery will fix the issue. That would be the place to start.

Keep in mind that on your phone they started pairing the battery to the motherboard, so unless you pay Apple to replace the battery, you will end up with a "Genuine Parts" warning and the loss of battery health information. There are kits available that allow you to move the existing battery's BMS, or Battery Management System, from the old battery to a new cell, but since it looks like your BMS has failed, that's probably not a viable choice for you.
