Successfully Mounted a 2011 VESA Mount on a 2017 iMac 27” (With a Small Adapter)

I just wanted to share that I managed to use a VESA mount from a 2011 iMac 27” on my 2017 iMac 27”. It wasn’t a straightforward plug-and-play, though—there were a few adjustments that needed to be made. I had to create a custom adapter to ensure the 2011 mount could be securely attached to the 2017 model.
