@w08yt9heklnkrhu you are not saying if it is just the screen that is black, but you can still take pictures. If you can do that the issue will be the LCD screen. @w08yt9heklnkrhu remove your lens and check the contacts on the camera body and the lens. Clean the contact points on the lens and the body. Try reattaching the lens. While you do so, make sure that the contacts line up.
