@amin15183 this is most likely because some people do a glass only repair. It is very cumbersome and does require some good tools and lots of practice. If you have never done a glass only repair, now is not the time to start practising on your phone. Go ahead and replace the complete display assembly. At least that way you know you have a far great success rate then a Glass only repair.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
