Oh wow, same issue also, only this week the batt has been bad. OG battery was only lasting 2hrs and failing the Samsung Members diagnostic so figured I would change it before the semester goes full swing. I even had the nerve to make my back glass clear lmao. The whole thing by the book, no spilling of 90% isopropyl. Never touched the screen part under the battery, never even touched the ribbon cable for the screen, etc. The replacement went great, and after about 3 hrs the screen is off and the phone is still working. I force restarted a bunch and nada. Good thing I left it open because I wanted to test the battery out with a full charge and drain. But now I just have to pray my phone works in a few hours, I even made sure to dry out the inside with a hairdryer before putting everything back in.

Back came off super ez with heat near the bottom and a suction cup. I even had the nerve to make my back glass clear lmao.
