Your iPhone will not boot on the charger if the motherboard does not detect the battery.
It could either be one of the following:
1: Faulty battery
2: The battery is not connected
3: Motherboard is short
-If your iPhone was working before the battery replacement then you can rule our shorted motherboard.
+If your iPhone worked before the battery replacement, you can rule out a shorted motherboard.
