Please try different plug pack and/or cable.
Check charging port on phone for dust/fluff or anything else that may stop charge from working.
Look up on websites for how to clean charge port for your device.
Consider your port may have water damage and needs replacing.
Lastly, if battery is old or gone faulty and is not capable of taking charge anymore, you may need to replace it.
