This is something on the motherboard and it could be a lot of things…. What you can do is to check the capacitors! But it also can be the CPU..

I think it would be better to replace the motherboard. But this is more expensive! But make the repair easier and save some headache.

Please let us know how it goes, hopefully some capacitors failed.
