Just verifying that by ''"...every CMOS/BIOS reset option..."'' you also tried resetting the BIOS by disconnecting the power to the PSU, removing the coin cell battery from the motherboard and then ''pressing and holding'' the Power On button for 20 seconds, then reinserting the battery, reconnecting power to the PSU and turning the PC on to check if this resolved the problem?
If it did, if the coin cell battery voltage is <2.5V DC or the battery is >4-5 years old, replace it.
