Good morning, I am a Windows System administrator and problems similar to this happen fairly commonly in my experience.[br]
Please try the following.[br]
[br]
Press the "Windows Key" + "R" at the same time, once the run pop up appears, type "explorer.exe" does anything change?

Alternatively, press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Esc" to start task manager, find "windows explorer" under tasks and restart it, If you do not see "Windows explorer" click on "Run new task" and type in "Windows explorer"[br]
Its not impossible for this to be a display driver issue as well but we can explore further into that if the above does not change anything.[br]

 V/R
