Karcher K4 Full Control Pressure Washer Lost Power

Hi my Karcher K4 full control pressure washer will not start. its an 1800w. I have removed the hose and let water run through for 5 minutes in case of air lock, and also changed the 13 amp plug but it still wont start. It's 4 years old.
Please can anyone advise next steps?
