You are already in the BIOS Settings but for others press ***F2*** after powering on.
Stuck in BIOS? It is likely trying to tell you something.
When you click "Boot" on the menu does your boot drive show in the ***Boot Menu*** list?
Under [***Boot Priority Order***] there should be ***SATA SSD*** or ***SATA HDD.***
Either of those should be at the top of the list. F6 moves them up or down and F10 saves the settings.
