An F5 E2 indicates a problem with the lid lock in the machine.
Here's the [document|35318|tech sheet] for the washer that may help.
Go to p.20 ''Test #8: Lid Lock'' and check if that helps to find out what's wrong.
If the lid lock assembly is faulty and needs to be replaced, search online for ''W10810403'' to find suppliers that suit you best.
