No Audio/Video from Nintendo 64?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have 10 Nintendo 64 consoles that I have cleaned up and re-soldered the A/V pins:

This worked for most of them but three consoles are still not producing any audio/video so I was wondering what the next step should be?
• I have cleaned the entire PCB with IPA
• The cartridge and jumper pak ports have been thoroughly cleaned
• All consoles were tested with a working game cartridge, jumper pak, power supply and A/V cable
• All consoles are receiving power and turning on successfully
• No sound/video is produced when turning on the console, but the TV ''does'' make a blip/clip sound when the TV is turned off (true for all three consoles)
