This can be caused by multiple components. I know that if the WiFi card has gone bad, you will also get this.

I would try to replace the WiFi card first and see if that solves it. If not, return it and get a refund. Then you do need to check the motherboard and see if that one is OK or not.

Please let us know how it goes, hopefully a new WiFi card will solve it!
