After update to iTunes version 12.13.2.3, my ipod video 5th gen won't sync. Sync option is greyed out. Tried a new cable, checked apple.com and ifixit discussions, and tried installing a previous version of iTunes, but that didn't work because the iTunes library was created with a newer version. Put the ipod in diagnostic mode and all test results seem to be okay. TIA for any suggestions.
