@bradnic Oh No - that's sad! I see some options for you:
* The board itself. As far as I know schematics are not freely available. There are parts sold e.g. [link|https://www.juraprofi.de/Ersatzteile-fuer-Jura-Kaffeevollautomat/C9-Impressa/Elektronik.html?ts=6_473_6|here]. A sticker wearing a number should be attached to the board, if you want to replace the board you must match this number.
* A new or used board, e.g [link|https://www.ebay.de/itm/364888020712?chn=ps&_ul=DE&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=707-134425-41852-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=364888020712&targetid=1405537545018&device=m&mktype=pla&googleloc=9113984&poi=&campaignid=17935704717&mkgroupid=139162549385&rlsatarget=pla-1405537545018&abcId=9301059&merchantid=5361843411&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwhvi0BhA4EiwAX25uj-ZXENkGopPC5Ld-3GC8zsTwr2_zEZWm4zeMi-svpz9gmMyNwFPTRRoCCyAQAvD_BwE|this one]. Google for it using "Leistungssprint Jura C9".
* I suppose that there are no differences between boards with 120 and 230 V as the low voltage is produced by the transformer. You probably want to check the [guide|141854|transformer]? Perhaps it is the culprit and must be replaced?
* And last not least: there is a specialized [link|https://seceha.com/produkt/jura-leistungsprint-e8-e80-e800/|service center] in Hamburg, Germany. They repair those boards.
Hopefully they ship the parts overseas and your device will be healthy again.
