Letter F stuck on screen, even after reset.

Brand new tv, this F only goes away during the setup screen and will randomly go away but come back next time I turn it on.

I’ve tried resetting it and I can’t find anyone else having this issue online. I’m convinced I have a bad unit but thought I’d see if anyone else knew a solution before I return it.
