Delonghi Perfecta provides water/steam from the frother but no coffee

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hi
Our Perfecta started having issues with weak steam from the frother. After descaling (twice), the steam and water are now available with full force but are slow to stop flowing when the steam/water is turned off....it appears to be a leaky/stuck valve. But more importantly, I get no coffee. Instead, we get the usual coffee grinding but the water comes out of the frother, not the coffee nozzles. Also on start-up when the machine is doing its standard start-up rinse, we get nothing from the coffee nozzles but do get water from the frother. I think it may have a stuck solenoid. Could somebody please give me some direction, and if it is a solenoid issue, which one?
BTW have cleaned and regreased the diffuser.
Regards and thanks
Sean

+=== Update (07/19/24) ===
+update: I descaled again and noticed water slowly dripping from the coffee nozzles when doing the start-up rinse. I did a further 2 descales and the machine is now working perfectly.
