Unfortunately, this is a far too common issue with the PS5.  If you have attempted all of the usual fixes (unplugging from wall socket, leaving for 10 mins, tried another wall socket) then I am afraid the problem is likely to be a faulty PSU or a blown capacitor on the motherboard - have a watch here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLrWrZV1u0A
