Gpu is not running

In task manager gpu usage is showing 0% but temperature showing 33%.

I went to authorised service center , they said gpu is ok but there is problem in motherboard so i have to replace the whole motherboard. That is because they are not qualified to enough to repair and replacing the motherboard is quite expensive.

So please help
