It looks like a clean break and the pins are not damaged by the look of things, so I think it would be a relatively quick and easy job for a fixer to manage with a bit of flux and a hot air gun. As for the price that depends on where you are located, I think not a back breaker. I would look to get it fixed, Back up the data, do a fresh install with the latest OS Monterey and you'll be good for a long time to come.

+DO NOT try to connect it with the battery still attached to the connector though otherwise your looking at a possibly shorted board somewhere which of course takes time to diagnose where that short would be and drastically up the price. So remove the connector from the battery to be safe until you get it done!
