I bought mines a few months back and used it twice. I was using it today for the 3rd time. It did start up cleaned a small area went to empty the tank came back to not even wanting to turn on. I did all I can do to try and fix it. As I read the comments I see that Hoover has a default in this product however, they would like for the customes to try and solve a problem.
This product should be recalled back to the manufacturer. I know I will be posting about this product on all my social media platforms. It's just not worth other people losing their money and having to go through the same thing we are experiencing.
