Did you try disconnecting all USB devices at once and check if the PC passed POST.
Usually these days keyboards aren't necessary anymore to pass POST as was the case years ago, but maybe not. If so leave only the keyboard connected (if a USB type) and then try.

If still no good try disconnecting the cables connecting the USB ports to the motherboard (obviously not the hard mounted ports on the rear on the motherboard) and check (see #8, 9 &10 on p.14 of 68 (pdf numbering) of the [link|https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/TUF_GAMING_X570-PRO_WI-FI/E16844_TUF_GAMING_X570-PRO_WI-FI_UM_WEB.pdf?model=TUF%20GAMING%20X570-PRO%20(WI-FI)|user manual].

Hi @michaelclu56125
What USB devices are connected to the PC?
Did you try disconnecting all USB devices and check if the PC passed POST.
Usually these days keyboards aren't necessary anymore to pass POST as was the case years ago, but maybe not. If so leave only the keyboard connected (if a USB type) and then try.
