Kenmore refrigerator model 795.72493.611. The compressor works, compressor fan works, coils are clean, evaporator fans (frig/freezer) both turn on but freezer doesn’t freeze water or meats. Only keeps them cold. Refrigerator cools just enough but not where it should be. The back cover vents were completely covered with dust and have been cleaned. I unplugged frig for 5 mins to reset and still doing same thing. Any suggestions?
