@shane35741

Your model is an LG WT7400CW.

I couldn't find the service manual for your model but looking at the manuals for a [https://research.encompass.com/ZEN/sm/WT7200CV.pdf|WT7200CW] (see p.28) and a [https://research.encompass.com/ZEN/sm/WT7800CW.pdf|WT7800CW] (see p.30) the way to start the diagnostics is the same. However to test the spin function is slightly different i.e. press Start/pause 13 times vs 12 times.

Maybe you can try the diagnostics and find the spin test setting for your model and check if you get an LE or LE1 error code (see p.32 & p.34 respectively in the manuals for what to check if you get these codes

If you manage to do this and you find it is a part that needs replacing, here's a [https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/2kcmvzz91o-003204/lg-wt7400cw-00-washer-parts|parts list] that is useful, as the ''manufacturer's part number'' for the part is shown with the part. Search online for the part number ''only'' to find suppliers that suit you best.

Hopefully this is of some help.
