Hi @christianmamon
What is the status of the LAN network adapter shown in Device Manager?
Go to ''Device Manager - Network Adapters - ***right click*** on the LAN adapter entry - Properties - General - Device status box.''
Does it say, "this device is working properly"?
To get to Device Manager in Win10/11 press the Win key and the x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link.
''If it is OK'' try [link|https://kb.wisc.edu/dermatology/page.php?id=31480|resetting the TCP/IP stack] and check if it works OK.
-''If there's a red cross'' next to the LAN adapter entry in Device Manager, r''ight click the entry - Enable'' and check if it works OK.
+''If there's a red cross'' next to the LAN adapter entry in Device Manager, ''***right click*** the entry - Enable'' and check if it works OK.
-''If there's a yellow exclamation mark'' next to the LAN adapter entry in Device Manager, r''ight click the entry - Update drivers and follow the prompts.'' You need to be online for this procedure to work. Try WiFi perhaps.
