Do you mean that the WiFi is not turning on or that it is turning on but you can't "see" or connect to any WiFi network?

If the WiFi turns on but you can't connect, try using the WiFi as close as possible to your home network router i.e. <10cm, and check if the WiFi detects and connects OK.

If it does then it may be an antenna connection problem.
