You can't open it from the back cover. You need to remove the screen to get to all the internal components.
Here's the ifixit [[Topic:Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 SM-T813]] repair guide, that shows what to do.
Once opened then you can replace the battery and also the volume buttons.

If the actuator then it comes in 3 colours, black, gold and white, to match whatever colour the tablet is. Just so that you're aware of this when trying to find a supplier. Search online for ''SM-T819 (insert required colour) volume control button.''
If the volume flex, then it doesn't matter as it is applicable to the model, not the colour of the tablet ;-)
