This has only happened on my 20th anniversary controller and forza controller. The exact same issue. The left analogue stick is very slow/unresponsive vertically. Seems to take an age to move up or down even when the stick is fully pushed . I’ve attached a video. I tried to clean it and it was ok for about a day and then the same thing happened again.
