At first you Chake the EHT is operating or not, it can be test by CRT bass voltage . CRT bashing pcb main voltage should be mor than 150 v dc its come from EHT when EHT is working. If it is 110v or lass it mine EHT is Not working.. Chake the horzental section. . If the voltage is ok then Chake crt filament voltage AC 1 to 5 volt. If both are ok it can be faltu vertical section..
