How are you sure that component is dead? It is an inductor and based on some googling around I believe the direct replacement is P/N [link|https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/panasonic-electronic-components/etq-p4lr68xfc/2350150|ETQ-P4LR68XFC|new_window=true], rated for 680nH, 20% tolerance, 21A max current, and DC resistance of 1.58mOhms.
However, I'm asking why you think it's dead because inductors have a DC resistance of near zero ohms, making them look like a short, but this is normal behavior.
